The Glades County School Board provides all active, full-time employees with $20,000 Basic Term Life and AD&D insurance. For 2023 this coverage will be provided through USAble, a sister company of Florida Blue. Open Enrollment is a good time to confirm that we have a current beneficiary form on file for you that designates the beneficiary(ies) that you desire for your coverage.
