Usage fee will cover one accidental damage repair per year free of charge. Additional repairs throughout the year will be charged to the student’s account based on cost of repair.

Events that are considered accidental damage by this policy include, but are not limited to:
Weather events such as fire, water
Being involved in an accident
Events that are created by another person which results in damage to the unit
Other events as determined
Events not covered by this policy include, but are not limited to:Lost device or charger(s)
Damage due to negligence or malicious actions of the student such as food and/or liquid
around the device, or exposure to extreme heat or cold
